Returns & Refunds

At HolaTía, every order is made just for you. That means we don’t offer returns or exchanges—unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error. In that case, we’ll make it right, faster than your tía can throw a chancla.

Made-to-Order Means No Returns
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.
We don’t keep inventory on hand, so unfortunately we can’t accept returns due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If Something’s Wrong with Your Order
If your item arrives defective or incorrect (hey, it happens), email us at info@holatia.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short message (sassy optional)

If the claim is valid, we’ll offer a replacement or refund—your choice.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes into production fast. We’re usually unable to cancel or change orders after they’re submitted. Email us anyway, and we’ll try to help if it hasn’t gone to print yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered.”
Please contact your local postal carrier for delivery disputes.
We’re happy to help where we can, but we can't override carrier decisions.
