Welcome to HolaTía — the lifestyle shop powered by sass, strength, and snack-fueled chisme. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Read ‘em like a family group chat: with love, a little skepticism, and maybe a snack in hand.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, we may cut you off faster than a tía at a family BBQ who smells drama.

2. Product Accuracy

We do our best to make sure everything looks just like it does in the photos — but since our products are made to order (and sometimes influenced by the WiFi gods or print tech), colors may vary slightly. That's life, babe.

3. Modifications to the Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time — but don’t worry, we’ll probably post about it with dramatic flair.

4. Billing & Account Info

Please double-check your info at checkout. Incorrect shipping addresses and billing info may cause delays. As much as we love detective work, we’d rather not play Sherlock with your order.

5. Optional Tools

We may offer access to third-party tools (like Shop Pay or social media integrations). These are offered “as is” and without warranties. Use at your own discretion and always read the fine print.

6. User Comments & Feedback

We love hearing from you — compliments, ideas, suggestions, and the occasional chisme. Anything you submit may be used by HolaTía to improve our services or marketing. No royalties or tamales owed (but we appreciate you!).

7. Errors & Inaccuracies

We’re human (and sometimes fueled by too much cafecito). If there’s an error in pricing, descriptions, or availability, we reserve the right to correct it — even after an order is placed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We don’t guarantee your tote will change your life, but it might. HolaTía is not liable for any direct, indirect, or emotional transformations that occur from wearing our merch. You’ve been warned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, with a little flair from our global Latina fam.
